Oxtail Croquettes (Corquetas de Rabo)

Seasoned Oxtail mixed with a risotto comprised of rice, pigeon peas and mozzarella then breaded, fried and topped with a cilantro aioli.

Octopus Carpaccio

Thinly sliced octopus, agar agar, arugula, capers, fennel, onions and cassava pearls topped with crispy shoestring potatoes.

Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio

Black Angus tenderloin wrapped in Dominican coffee grain, arugula, fennel, parmesan cheese, and truffle anchovy aioli.

Tuna Tartare

Fresh yellowfin tuna, teriyaki, mango sweet chili, sesame oil, cilantro, avocado and salmon caviar accompanied with a crispy rice paper.

Grilled Octopus (Pulpo a la Brasa)

Grilled octopus with prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, mixed greens, chimichurri sauce, salsa of potato and smoked paprika.
